Connect Social Media Pages
To kick things off, you'll need to add your social media pages as "managed profiles" in Workspace Settings. Once that's done, brace yourself for the influx of new messages in your Inbox. 📬

Depending on the message type, you can reply, hide, delete, or even like the message. Each message also comes with extra options to flag it, add an internal note, or send it via email for consultation. It's like having a Swiss Army knife for social media management!

Tag and Mark Sentiment
Once the author is tagged, all their future messages will also carry the same tag.
