With user and message (Inbox) tags in NapoleonCat's Social Inbox, you can do just that and so much more!
These tags are like your personal assistants, helping you categorize different user types and address important customer inquiries in a jiffy.
Setting up tags is a walk in the park. 🌳
User and message tags
Cruise on over to Workspace Settings > Tags
This is where you can create tags for incoming messages and their authors in the Social Inbox.
Pick a color from the drop-down menu, type in your tag's name, and hit "Add":
You can also sort your tags by color or alphabetically.
🔖 Need profile-specific Inbox tags? We got you! Just navigate to Workspace Settings, hover over the profile you want to customize, hit "Edit," and add your tags:
Now, you'll only see those tags for messages from the selected page. Talk about tailored organization!
Tag users and messages
To tag a user or message, simply hit "+ Tag user" or/and "+ Tag message" from the list of tickets in the Tab view of your Social Inbox:

So, suppose you want to sift through messages from your superstar brand advocates or those keen folks inquiring about your new product launch.
With NapoleonCat's filters, you can do just that!
To filter by user, message, and profile-specific tags, you need to:
Go to Social Inbox
Hit the "More filters" button up top:
And pick out one or even combine several filters to suit your needs.
These nifty filters let you sort tickets by:
🚫 User status (whether they're blocked or not)
🏷️ User tags
📥 Message (Inbox) tags
👥 Profile-specific tags
💬 And even comments on a specific post!
