This one goes out to all of you moderation aficionados. Let's be real, your Social Inbox is a vital part of maintaining your social media empire. Moderating every aspect of it ensures that you keep your customers happy. Happy is good.

To help you better understand how moderation within your Inbox influences your general performance, we'd like to introduce to you the Inbox Activity Report. To get started, first you have to make sure that you're in the "Reports" menu. From there, head on down to the "Inbox Activity Reports" section, highlighted in the picture below:

When you're ready, click the "Create new report" button. Now we're getting to the good stuff. From here, you'll be able to select the time range for your report.

Important: The time range of each profile begins from the date that it was first moderated on.

Not only that, but you'll be able to specify the work hours and days that you want to include in the report, now THAT's what I call details. From there, you can choose which profiles you would like to add to the report using the blue icon.

Having chosen your profiles, you now have an option to create two types of reports. Each report is specifically designed to give you the information that you're in need of.

A Profiles Report focuses on moderation parameters for individual profiles including positions like:

• Work hours
• New messages
• New comments
• New dark post comments
• Average time of moderator
• Longest reaction time

While the Moderators Report highlights the moderators themselves and their actions, parameters such as:

• Profile (name)
• Average time of moderator
• Average daily reactions
• Replies to posts
• Replies to comments
• Types of moderator reactions (like, unlike, tag message, hide, flag)

Once you've decided on the report that you want to generate, choose the appropriate box and hit the big yellow "Generate" button on the lower right side.

The report will generate within a few minutes into an Excel file. Once it's ready to go, you can click the download button and discover the wonders that await :)

Now enough about creating! It's time for you to make use of these reports and flip this data into actionable knowledge. Good luck and enjoy the ride!
