Question: Can I bulk-export comments, private messages, and other interactions from the Social Inbox in NapoleonCat, for example into a .csv file?

Answer: We get it, it'd be super handy. The thing is, though, this isn't an option due to the social media platforms' APIs restrictions. This rule is actually in place to reinforce data privacy and compliance, and it's unlikely to change. It's not possible to export social inbox interactions into any format. 😞
