The Reports module offers you the following:

  • Data Exports— Export all your engagement, performance, and team efficiency data in .xlsx format.

  • Inbox Activity Reports—When you wish to monitor your team's efficiency and customer engagement dynamics. Keep track of your team's interactions with the community and analyze how swiftly and skillfully they respond.

  7. Once done, click "Generate report," and voilà—your report is ready!
