Definitions
๐ Inbox Activity Reports are your trusty sidekick when it comes to gauging your team's progress and monitoring how quickly you're responding to incoming messages.
They also provide a detailed breakdown of individual profile parameters like new messages, new comments, and more.
๐กThe actions you and your team perform within the Inbox can be measured, and if it can be measured, it can be reported.
This is incredibly useful when you're working as a team or need to showcase the results of your work to a client.
๐ If you're still a bit fuzzy on how NapoleonCat's Social Inbox works < see that guide.
Think of each Inbox Activity Report as a three-act play, with each act (or spreadsheet) spotlighting a different set of parameters.
This gives you a full picture of your Inbox activity, scene by scene! ๐

Cruise on over to Reports and hit "Create a new Inbox activity reports" towards the bottom-left

Next, pick your language of choice. NapoleonCat currently supports English and Polish
Now, it's time to set the working hours. The report will contain two sets of moderator work data, one for working hours and another for outside working hours. By default, represented by the grey area, they're set to 9-5 like in the screenshot below. The working hours are based on the report creator's time zone in the profile settings.
Up next, choose the profiles (social media pages) that your report will consider.
You can select one or more, and even make multiplatform reports!
Choose from Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Instagram Ads, Google My Business, or LinkedIn.
Find the ones youโre interested in and click on the blue "+Add" button:
The final step before your report starts generating is deciding on the type of data that will be reported.
