When working with our Social Inbox you can also measure the performance of your team and keep track of how fast you deal with the incoming communication. If you’re still not sure about how our Inbox works, you can learn more about it here

The actions you and your team perform within the Inbox can be measured, and if it can be measured it can be reported. This comes in handy especially when you’re working in a group or when you need to present the results of your work to a client. 

Among other features, NapoleonCat offers you to generate a detailed report of what happened in your Social Inbox. To get that insight head to the “Reports” module and then, on the left-hand side, you’ll see a menu.  Find Inbox Activity Reports on the bottom:

Click on the “Create new report” button and you will be taken to a page asking you to set the time frame.

Important: The time range of each profile begins from the date that it was first moderated.

Once that’s done, you can choose one or more profiles the report will take into account. First, choose the platform and the profiles you want to generate the report for. Find the one you’re interested in and click on the blue “+Add”

The final thing you need to decide on before the report is generated is the type of data that will be reported. 

A Profiles Report focuses on moderation parameters for individual profiles including positions like:

• Work hours

• New messages

• New comments

• New dark post comments

• Average time of moderator

• Longest reaction time

The Moderators Report highlights the moderators themselves and their actions, parameters such as:

• Profile (name)

• Average time of moderator

• Average daily reactions

• Replies to posts

• Replies to comments 

• Types of moderator reactions (like, unlike, tag message, hide, flag)

After you’re done with that, simply click on the yellow “Generate” on the bottom right-hand side. Please note it may take a few minutes to generate the report. The more detailed the report is - the more time it’ll take to be generated. 

Your reports will be available in the “Reports archive” where you can download (.xls file), edit and delete the reports that you’ve generated. You can also create a similar report (but i.e. change the time frame).
