Here's the deal: Regular check-ins on your social media marketing efforts and your competitors' performance help keep you and your business on the right path.
But let's be honest, they can be a real-time suck. That's where NapoleonCat steps in, saving you hours every month so you can focus on the big picture! 🏆
Generate reports
To create a report, head over to Analytics in NapoleonCat
Choose the type of data you wish to download from the bar on the left: you can look at a single social media platform (Your Profiles), analyze your brand's entire social media presence( Brand Performance), or look at your competitors( Followed and Benchmarking)
Next up, pick your desired analysis period. You've got options here: go with a default range (like the last 7 days or last month) or set a custom date range:
Go to the upper right corner of the page and click on "Reports." You can choose between "One time" and "Periodic"
Customize your report and choose:
which metrics you wish to export
page orientation( horizontal or vertical)
whether you wish to include the metrics descriptions
You can also upload your own logo and remove the NapoleonCat branding from your report.
Once you're happy with your settings, hit the "Generate report" button towards the bottom right!
Access reports
⏳Your report will start generation in the "Archive section. It usually takes about a minute!
🔗 When it's all done and ready, we'll email you a link to download your report.
You can also grab it directly from the "Archive." Now, you can flip through your report and share it in a neat file:
Create similar reports
👯 Fancy creating a report that's a twin of a previous one? Easy! Just click on the "duplicate" icon, and you're sorted:
Schedule reports
🗓️ Remember, you can set your reports to auto-pilot so they're generated on schedule without you lifting a finger. Just choose "Periodic Reports", pick your frequency and enter the email address(es), and you're good to go!
