Connect social media pages you manage
When you connect managed social media pages to NapoleonCat, it's a guided process - meaning you'll just have to follow the prompts on your screen. We'll support you every step of the way. The first thing you'll need to do is:
Cruise on over to Workspace Settings
Hit the yellow Connect Profile button:
Choose your social media platform
And follow the on-screen prompts (which we'll break down below for you)

Need to confirm your permissions?
βοΈ Want to confirm you or the person connecting have the permissions you need? You got this. Visit Business Assets in Meta, select the FB page under 'All assets', navigate to Page Access, hit "Manage" next to the person's name, and verify your permissions appear like this:
Instagram Business
πββοΈ Attention, please: You got to have an Instagram business account for this one. Make sure your IG business account is linked to your Facebook Meta page, and that you're an admin of that page.

Connection flow is all through Facebook. Hooking up Instagram might be a tad more challenging than other platforms, but rest easy!

Instagram Ads
Ready to connect your Instagram Ads? Sweet! Before we dive into the specifics, remember that the process is similar to connecting your regular Instagram account.

2. Try to not leave the connection wizard midway
3. The person connecting needs to be an admin all along, otherwise NapoleonCat might lose access

TikTok

2. Log in to your TikTok account
3. Green-light all the permissions
4. Pick your TikTok page on the right-hand side - hit 'Connect', and it's done π | 1. TikTok follows the one login = one account rule, so if you want to manage multiple accounts, you'll need separate logins for each
2. Best part? You can link both business and personal (non-business) TikTok accounts to NapoleonCat |

TikTok Ads

2. It's best to complete the connection wizard in one go to prevent any hiccups

Common issues

Logging in to the wrong accounts when connecting. Double-check the platform-specific instructions we shared above
Troublesome browser add-ons causing interference - it's best to disable these
