At times, a glitch can occur when you're linking your social media profiles to NapoleonCat.
The most likely reason is that NapoleonCat didn't get all the necessary permissions for your Facebook or Instagram page. But hey, don't stress it. We've all been there with tech hiccups!
Noticed your profiles disconnecting? Encountering problems when replying to messages in the Social Inbox? If that sounds about right, it could mean NapoleonCat lacks some permissions.

Grant NapoleonCat all the required permissions
To give NapoleonCat the necessary permissions to manage a social media profile you've previously connected, simply follow this straightforward guide:
Head on over to Workspace settings in NapoleonCat
Find the profile causing issues (think frequent disconnects, inability to publish posts, problems replying or hiding comments, etc)
Hover over the profile and click "Edit"
Press "Reconnect"
If you're already logged in to the right Facebook account, hit "Edit settings" π
If you're not, log in to your admin Facebook account, and then hit "Edit settings" π
Choose the Facebook / Instagram pages you want to connect and click "Next":
You'll spot a list of permissions NapoleonCat needs. Make sure they're all toggled on. If not, switch on each permission:
Click on "Done" and "Okay", and voila! You'll see the "reconnect" button has turned green! You've reconnected the profile, granting it all the required permissions:

Missing admin role permissions
