We currently offer four handy add-ons to help you optimize your NapoleonCat subscription.

They're designed to increase the number of tickets the Auto-Moderation tool can auto-moderate for you, enhance the search capabilities in the Social Inbox, expand your Social CRM profiles, and increase your Ai coins Package in Publisher.

Every Pro Plan includes a monthly limit of 1000 auto-moderated tickets free of charge. But hey, we get it – sometimes you've got a lot of interactions to handle, and Auto-Moderation becomes your go-to helper.

To provide you with more flexibility, we offer two add-on options for increasing your Auto-Moderation limits:

➕ If these limits don't quite cut it, no worries! We can work out a custom (enterprise) plan for you. Just get in touch with our Customer Success or Sales team on chat in the bottom right-hand corner.

🗂️ Think of Social CRM profiles as personal info cards for your social contacts, available when viewing a comment, message, mention, or any other interaction in the Social Inbox.

They'll show you the juicy bits like past chats, custom notes, and emails. The Pro Plan hooks you up with 100 profiles, and with an add-on, you'll have an endless supply!

Now, the Inbox Search through content and users is already part of your Pro Plan.

But if you're looking for more advanced search options, like searching internal notes or content sent for consultation, you can expand your plan with an Advanced Search add-on for just an extra 🏷️$35 per month.

In NapoleonCat, you can now use the AI Assistant. It operates both in our Inbox and the Publisher. Want to know more about how it works? Check out its capabilities in the Inbox, the Publisher, and how it is billed.

NapoleonCat allows you to use the AI Assistant to tag the sentiment of incoming comments automatically. How does it work? Simply enable the AI Assistant in the Inbox, and all incoming comments will have their sentiment tagged automatically! What’s more, this will happen regardless of the language the comments are in. Cool, right? 😁

Remember, sentiment tagging will not only allow you to generate a report and see the dominant tone of comments on your page, but you’ll also be able to combine this with Auto-moderation rules to automate your moderation process further!

Do you already have a post but want to improve it? The AI assistant will analyze your content and suggest enhancements to increase its appeal and engagement. You can refine the style, add relevant hashtags, and even adjust the tone to match your brand's unique tone of voice.

We have great news for you! The PRO Plan already includes a default limit for using our AI Assistant, completely free of charge! Every month, you can generate up to 10 posts using the AI Assistant and automatically tag the sentiment of up to 100 tickets!
