If you haven’t enabled the AI Assistant yet, check out this article with an easy manual on how to enable the AI Assistant in NapoleonCat.

Hide or delete spammy comments

Go to the Auto-moderation module and click 'Create new rule'.

Select the profile you want to set the rule for and define the type of message.

In the Trigger section, choose what should trigger the action:

  • Choose message tag: SPAM.

If you don’t want the action to apply to all comments with selected tag, you can also specify specific keywords that should be captured by auto-moderation.

In the Social Media Action section, define what should happen:

  • Hide the comment

  • Delete the comment

  • Respond as a comment

  • Respond in a private message

For content marked as SPAM the best actions would typically be to hide or delete the comment, but you can also choose other options.

In the next step, you can also set actions in NapoleonCat, such as:

  • Archive

  • Add a tag

  • Assign to a specific moderator

Now save and activate the rule 🌟
