Whenever you're viewing a ticket in Social Inbox, you'll have quick access to the author's profile! How so? CRM profiles provide a detailed snapshot of every user, featuring:

  • All previous interactions with your brand, like comments, messages, and the like

  • Overall sentiment toward your brand

  • User tags

  • Custom names (that can be different from their social media names)

  • Email addresses

  • Personal notes about the user

How to set up social CRM profiles

Just follow these simple steps, and you'll be rockin' it in no time:

  1. Hop on over to your Social Inbox

  2. Click on a comment, message, mention, or any other interaction from the user for whom you'd like to create a Social CRM profile

  3. On the right-hand side, type in their custom name, email address, add a note, and a user tag. Then, hit 'Create CRM Profile' or 'Add to existing CRM profile':

  4. Choose their overall sentiment (negative, neutral, positive)

  5. Ta-da! πŸŽ‰You've created a Social CRM user profile.

πŸ‘€ Now every time you view a conversation with that person in Social Inbox, you'll see their info along with their previous interactions (comments, messages, etc.) that you can quickly jump to!
