The Social CRM feature allows you to build and manage detailed user profiles based on interactions across your communication channels. When you receive a comment or a message from a user, you can create a CRM profile for them to keep all relevant information organized in one place.
Accessing Social CRM
Navigate to the Social CRM tab to view and manage all user profiles.
Available Actions
Within this tab, you can perform several key actions:
Delete β Remove a user profile permanently.
Merge β Combine duplicate profiles into one.
Export to CSV β Export your CRM data for reporting or backup purposes.
View Creation Date β See when a CRM profile was created.
Add Notes β Include any internal notes about the user.
View Platform β Identify the platform the user originated from (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
User Tags β Tag users for better categorization and filtering.

Search by user name directly from the list.
Viewing a CRM Profile
Clicking on a user profile opens a detailed view with the following information:
Name
Email β Add or edit if available.
User Tags
Company β Add or edit if known.
Phone β Add or edit if available.
City β Add or edit if known.
Country β Add or edit if known.
Conversation History β View past interactions and access links to the related threads in your Inbox.
Notes β Review or add internal notes about the user.
Delete User β Remove the user profile directly from this view.
