πŸ’πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ With the action history, you can track the performance of your rules and make adjustments if necessary.

πŸ’‘Let's say you have a rule set up to automatically reply to comments on your social media post. You can see how many of those replies resulted in further engagement, such as likes or shares.

For example, if you notice that you're replying to a lot of comments with a generic message that doesn't result in further engagement, you may want to adjust your rule to provide a more personalized response!

In the example below, an Auto-moderation rule was triggered for a positive customer comment, which was automatically replied to with a comment, assigned to the right person, and tagged as a "love letter":

Now, these Auto-moderated tickets refer to the messages, comments, etc. that the Auto-moderation tool has interacted with – like replying or deleting them.

πŸ”’ Your billing period begins on your sign-up date (for example, if you registered on the 7th, your counter resets on the 7th of each month).

The counter shows how many tickets you've used in the current period out of your available limit.
