How to access action history
To access action history of your auto-moderation rules in NapoleonCat, simply follow these steps:
Head over to Auto-moderation in NapoleonCat
Click on the ECG icon next to the rule for which you want to view action history:

Action history - a detailed view
For a more detailed view of a specific ticket, you can quickly navigate to it by clicking on the corresponding link:
This will take you to the selected ticket in NapoleonCat's Social Inbox. You'll then get an in-depth breakdown of how a particular interaction with your customer was handled.
In the example below, an Auto-moderation rule was triggered for a positive customer comment, which was automatically replied to with a comment, assigned to the right person, and tagged as a "love letter":
Check current usage
Curious about how many Auto-moderated tickets you've used up in your current billing cycle?
Head straight to Auto-Moderation in NapoleonCat. In the top right-hand corner, you'll see a little counter showing "Auto-moderated tickets: Number / your limit". 👇
Now, these Auto-moderated tickets refer to the messages, comments, etc. that the Auto-moderation tool has interacted with – like replying or deleting them.
And that about sums it up!
