With a few simple steps, you can enable Instagram Private Messages and Mentions in your Social Inbox, to manage them alongside messages and interactions from other platforms!
Enable Instagram DMs and mentions
To start managing Instagram DMs with NapoleonCat, just zip on over to your Instagram mobile app 📱, breeze into the settings, and pick the appropriate option:
Click on your avatar in the bottom, right-hand corner, hit the three bars in the top-right corner, and select 'Settings'
Next, navigate to 'Privacy' and select 'Messages'
Now, it's time to 'Allow Access to Messages'

Reconnect or connect your Instagram Business page
Now that you've granted DM access on Instagram, time to pop back over to NapoleonCat.
🔃 If you've already connected your Instagram profile in the past, simply reconnect it using this method.

Once done, keep an eye out for the green icon in Workspace Settings in NapoleonCat next to your Instagram profile.
