In NapoleonCat we collect data for social profiles from the moment the profile is added to the tool. In some cases, however, you can download/access historical data from before you added your profile to NapoleonCat.

For Facebook profiles:

  1. We download approximately 2 months of historical data automatically and free of charge after you add your profile as managed to NapoleonCat. Under favorable circumstances, all types of data might be downloaded (interactions, number of fans, reach and all other indexes),

  2. We download approximately 2 months of historical data automatically and free of charge after you add a profile as followed to NapoleonCat. However, in the case of followed profiles, i.e. those to which you don’t have administrator or moderator access, there is no technical possibility to download historical data on the number of followers, ER and SII.

For Instagram profiles we automatically download approximately 2 months of historical data for free. Under favorable circumstances, we are able to download all types of data except data on the historical number of followers, both for managed and followed profiles.

For other social media (Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin) we are not able to download precise historical data. We collect data from the moment you add the profile to NapoleonCat.

If you need more than 2 months of historical data for Facebook and Instagram, we can try to download them. Usually it works, but there is no guarantee that Facebook or Instagram will share this data.
