Connecting your social media profiles to NapoleonCat is usually seamless, but sometimes you may encounter issues. This article provides a detailed, step-by-step guide to help you troubleshoot common connection problems across Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Check Your Permissions
To successfully connect Facebook pages and Instagram accounts, you will need to have enough permissions.
How to check your Facebook permissions
Visit the Pages tab in Meta Business Suite
Find your page and go to People
Click View/Manage next to your name
Ensure you have Full or at least Partial access to everything. Every toggle should be turned on.

Click View/Manage next to your name
Confirm that you have Full or at least Partial access to everything. Every toggle should be turned on.
Social media pages I manage are not showing up to add in NapoleonCat
If some pages don’t appear when trying to connect them, try the following:
Click View and Edit next to NapoleonCat
Ensure all pages you want to add to NapoleonCat are selected. If they are not, mark them everywhere and save.
Return to NapoleonCat, refresh the page, and try adding the profiles again.

Verify if your Instagram Business account is connected to Facebook
Visit Linked Instagram Accounts.
Check if your Instagram Business account is linked to a Facebook Page. You need to connect it with a Facebook Page to be able to add this account to NapoleonCat.
Error During Connection
If you checked all the above and you still receive an error during connection, try clearing your cookies and cache first. If this doesn't work, follow these steps:
Remove the NapoleonCat integration under Facebook Business Tools. This will reset permissions but not remove already connected profiles from NapoleonCat.
Return to NapoleonCat and refresh the page.
Try to connect the profile again.
If the error persists despite the above, try this full reset method:
Create a new workspace
Add Facebook Page
Click Reconnect Facebook
Click the Refresh button
Go to Edit Settings
Deselect all options, and press Next
Set all permissions to "no" and press Done
Return to NapoleonCat, click cancel, and refresh the page
Click Connect profiles, then Try again
Connect your Facebook or Instagram Business account and provide all requested permissions

TikTok
I only see one TikTok account to add
Your TikTok login is all you need. However, TikTok follows a "one login = one account" rule. To manage multiple TikTok accounts, you need to use separate logins for each TikTok profile you want to add.
YouTube
I Don’t See My YouTube Channel as an option to add in NapoleonCat
Make sure you have the correct permissions in YouTube Studio:
If managing a YouTube channel in YouTube Studio, you must be the owner.
If managing via a Brand Account, you must have at least Manager access.

Required access level to connect LinkedIn profiles is Super Admin.
Verify you have the necessary admin permissions on the LinkedIn page you want to connect.
