How it works
In the comment moderation view, you can manage multiple entries at the same time. You have two selection options:
Select specific comments: Tick the checkboxes next to the individual comments you want to update.
Select all comments: Tick the main checkbox at the top of the list to select all visible comments at once.
At this moment, bulk actions are not available for private messages.
Available Bulk Actions
Once you select your comments, choose one of the following actions from the top toolbar:
Assign Moderator: Delegate the selected comments to a specific team member.
Flag: Mark comments that need special attention.
Tag: Add message tags to multiple comments at once for easier filtering later.
Set Sentiment: Bulk-assign an emotional tone to comments (e.g., positive, neutral, negative).
Delete: Permanently remove the selected comments.
Hide: Conceal comments from public view without deleting them completely.
Mark as Done: Close the ticket once you're done moderating.
