👥 Can I test NapoleonCat with my team?
Yes! During the trial, you can invite up to 4 team members. It’s a great opportunity to test out collaborative work in the Social Inbox and content scheduling features.
📨 What does the 25,000-message limit in the Social Inbox mean?
The Inbox counts comments, messages, and mentions, including older ones if a new comment appears under a post. Once you reach the limit, new messages will no longer appear in your Social Inbox. If that happens, just reach out to us via chat. We’re here to help!
📈 I don’t see any data in the analytics. Why?
Data starts collecting from the moment you connect your profile and may take up to 24 hours to appear. Just give it a little time. :)
⏳ What happens when the trial ends?
After your trial, you can choose one of our plans. You won’t be charged automatically. If you decide not to continue, your account will be "frozen." Your data will be stored for 30 days and then permanently deleted, with no option to recover it later.
📨 Can I connect competitor profiles?
Yes! You can add them to the "monitored profiles" section and compare their stats in the Analytics.
🤖 Does the AI Assistant work in Polish?
Absolutely! It supports Polish, as well as many other languages. You can customize its behavior to match your style. The AI Assistant is active 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
🤖 How many AI actions do I get during the trial?
In the trial, you get 100 actions in the Social Inbox (for tagging sentiment, spam, and hate speech) and 10 actions in the Publisher (for creating and refining post content).
