NapoleonCat Mobile App: Manage Messages and Comments from Your Phone 📱

The NapoleonCat mobile application is primarily focused on giving you on-the-go access to your Social Inbox, ensuring you can manage customer interactions efficiently even when away from your desk.


How to Use It

  1. Download and Install: Download the NapoleonCat app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Log In: You must have an active subscription or a trial account to log in and use the app.

  3. Navigate the Interface:

    • The app's main view is divided into two primary sections: the Inbox and Profile.


📥 Inbox

The Inbox tab is your mobile control center for managing all social media interactions. You will find all your messages here, just as you would in the desktop version of NapoleonCat.

Workspace Switching

If you manage multiple brands or projects, you can easily switch between different workspaces. Simply tap on the workspace you are currently viewing, and then select the one you wish to switch to.

Different Tabs

Messages are organized using predefined tabs, exactly like in the desktop version of NapoleonCat:

  • New

  • My Tasks (assigned to you)

  • Flagged

  • Hidden

  • Deleted

  • Archived

Filtering and Searching

To quickly find specific conversations, use the filtering and searching options.

Filters:

  • Sorting order

  • Assigned moderators

  • Blocked users

  • Social media profiles

  • User tags

  • Message tags

  • Profile tags

  • Sentiment (Positive, Negative, Neutral)

  • Dates

Searching: Search for specific messages by the user name or message content.

Actions on Tickets

From the mobile application, you can perform all key actions on a ticket:

  • Reply to message

  • Notes and Consultation: Add internal notes for the team or send a message for consultation.

  • View comment directly on the platform (navigate to the original post/comment).

  • Archive conversation.

  • Flag

  • Set sentiment (Positive, Neutral, Negative)

  • Assign a moderator

  • Add tags

  • View action history (who did what, and when, to this ticket).

  • Depending on the platform, you can also: delete, hide, like messages, or block a user.


👤 The Profile Tab

The Profile tab is your control center for account settings and support access. From here, you can:

  • Change the application interface language (Polish or English)

  • Support: Quick access to our Customer Success team

  • Knowledge Base: Go to helpful articles

  • Log out of the application
