In today’s fast-paced work environment, responding quickly to new information is key to staying efficient. That’s why it’s crucial to configure your notifications to ensure you’re always up to date with the most important updates.
Every user can individually choose which types of notifications they want to receive and through which channel. Notification preferences can be managed in Account Settings.
Choose How You Want to Be Notified
You have full control over where and how you receive alerts. Each notification type can be customized by delivery channel:
In-app – notifications displayed directly in the app interface.
Browser (Push) – pop-up push notifications delivered straight to your browser.
Email – updates sent directly to your inbox.
Mobile app – alerts shown on your mobile device.
Slack – notifications delivered directly to your Slack workspace.
Notification Modules
Notifications in NapoleonCat are divided into three main modules:
📥 Inbox
Notifications related to ticket management in the Inbox:
Ticket assigned to you – lets you know when a ticket has been assigned to you.
Ticket unassigned from you – notifies you when a ticket has been unassigned.
Responses to consultations – informs you about new responses in an ongoing consultation.
📝 Publisher
Notifications for managing post publishing:
Post assigned to you – indicates that you are now responsible for a specific post.
New discussion comment in post – notifies you of new activity in a thread you're part of.
Added to subscription list for a post – you're now subscribed to updates from a selected post.
Post unassigned from you – informs you that the post has been unassigned from you.
Removed from subscription list for a post – you’ll no longer receive updates about that post.
Published posts– confirmation that the publishing process has been completed.
Post publishing errors – an important notification about a failed publishing attempt.
🛠 Workspace
System and access-related notifications:
Profiles limit is ending! – lets you know you're nearing the limit of available profiles.
Profiles limit ended! – indicates that all available profiles have been used.
Users limit is ending – warning that you’re close to reaching the limit of user accounts.
Users accounts limit ended! – notifies you that no more user accounts can be created.
Lost access to profile – informs you that a profile has been disconnected.
