If you plan on taking full advantage of our analytics, don't let this piece of information slip you by. Ultimately, creating a group of profiles from different social media platforms allows for you to get a wider picture of your competitors, and that's something you definitely won't take for granted.

To get started, while in the "Analytics" menu, under the list of Profiles, you'll see a button that reads "+add new set"

You'll be directed towards a new menu where the first order of business will be to assign a name for your set. Please take note that you must first choose the profiles that you would like to add to the set by simply hovering over each profile and selecting them. Once you've done that, you're ready to create your first set, click the big yellow button labeled "Create Set"!

Congratulations, you've just created your first set, I'm proud of you. The first thing you'll notice is that your new set name has been added to the side menu. Once you've accessed that, you'll be presented with various tables and graphs relating to the selected profiles. Below you'll find an example of information you'll have access to.

You'll have a chance to export this table with the help of Excel, how cool is that? There, you'll find that the data will be as comprehensive as you need it to be, in order for you to strategically compare and analyze.  

Additionally, you'll be able to scroll through various tabs with even MORE wonderful data, including Engagement and Content!

Aside from that, you'll also be able to track the total number of page fans each profile has as well as the Social Interaction Index ( SII ) and more importantly, the Engagement Rate ( ER ).

And there you have it. You're all...set. Now get to it! Start creating your own data sets and see what greatness awaits.
