To manage your Google Play Store reviews from the NapoleonCats Inbox, you can set up a Google Play Store integration. This integration requires a Google Play Console connection to link to your NapoleonCat account.

Google Play Console setup
To establish a connection with your Google Play Console, you need to create a new project or link an existing one. You can find more information on creating and managing projects in the Google Cloud Console in Google's documentation.
Create a project
If you don't have a project that you want to use yet, follow these steps:
Log into your Google Cloud Console account.
Go to IAM & Admin > Create Project and provide the necessary details.
Set up your Service Account
Ensure that you are in the correct Project.
Go to APIs & Services > Enabled APIs & Services to view your enabled APIs.
Click on Library and search for the following APIs to make sure they are enabled:
Google Cloud APIs
Google Cloud Storage
Google Cloud Storage JSON API
Google Play Android Developer
Go to IAM & Admin > Service Accounts.
Click on Create Service Account.
Provide an account name and description. NapoleonCat recommends giving your service account a descriptive name to associate it with NapoleonCat.
Click on Grant this service account access to project. Under Select a role, choose Basic and then select Browser.
Click on Done.
Click on the three-dot menu under Actions and choose Manage keys.
Go to Add Key > Create new key.
Select JSON.
Click on Create. You will receive a message indicating that your private key has been saved to your computer. Click on Close.
Invite users
Adding users, and thus allowing them to complete the steps described in the section above (namely "Set up your Service Account")
In the Google Play Console, go to Users and Permissions.
Click on Invite New Users.
Enter the email address associated with your service account. You can find this information in the Service Account Details tab of Service Accounts in the Google Cloud Console.
Under Account permissions, select View app information and View app quality information, and Reply to reviews.
Click on Invite user.
Click on Send invite.
How to Connect Your App to NapoleonCat
Go to Workspace Settings and click on the "Connect profile" option.
Next, click on the "Google Play Console" button.
Now, upload the JSON file that you downloaded earlier. You can either drag and drop the file or choose it from your file list.
Paste the URL of your application from the Google Store into NapoleonCat.
Click Select next to the app you want to add to NapoleonCat.
Finally, click the "Connect App(s)" button.
And that's it! You can now moderate your Google Store Application reviews!
