Change Invoice Details and Billing Information

Need to update your business or invoice details? You've come to the right place. With just a few clicks in NapoleonCat, you can get everything up-to-date.

πŸ” Just remember, only admins and owners can change business and invoice details.

Change invoice and billing details

  1. Head to Account Settings -> Invoice Data in NapoleonCat

  2. You'll see your current details. Just replace the old values with the new ones:

  3. When you're done, click on "Update company".

    And just like that, your details are updated!


Useful information

  • 🏒 Tax ID: If you're a registered business, type your Tax ID in, following your country-specific format. But if you're an individual or this doesn't apply, just leave the Tax ID field empty.

  • πŸ’Ά For our EU friends: VAT ID is crucial for business customers within the EU. It's a combination of two letters (like 'PL' for Poland) followed by a specific number of digits unique to your country. If you're an individual or this doesn't apply, no sweat, leave the VAT ID field empty.

  • βœ‰οΈ Billing email: This is where we'll send your invoices. You can enter only one email here.

  • βŒ› One last thing: We'll use your updated invoice details for future invoices we issue. Sadly, we can't apply changes to invoices that have already been issued.
