While we'd love for you to keep rocking the benefits of your current plan, we're here to help if you need to switch things up. Let's look at how to drop down a tier or switch from an annual to a monthly subscription, and who knows, you might bounce back to a higher level when everything falls into place!
How to downgrade your plan
To start the downgrade process, head over to your Billing Settings
If you're currently on the Pro Plan and wish to switch to the Standard Plan, simply select the Standard Plan at the top of Billing Settings:
Also, while you're at it, you can slide the user seats and social media profiles sliders to match your desired downgrade (it's a bit further down the page).
Review the new price and hit the yellow *Pay* button. Done and done!
π«°π½ If you're downgrading partway through your subscription, we'll switch you to the lower plan straight away.
So, to avoid it, it's smart to downgrade just before your new billing cycle kicks off. That way, you won't miss the chance to still use those profiles in your current cycle.
Then, when your new billing cycle rolls in, you'll be billed a smaller amount for the new plan.
And if you ever realize that your new plan isn't cutting it, you can always jump back up to your previous plan. ππ½ββοΈ
How to switch from annual to monthly
If you're looking to switch from an annual to a monthly subscription, we got you.

A little tip: try to contact us before your current annual subscription wraps up to avoid being billed for the next one. We can't refund you midway through an annual subscription, but we'll always do our best to assist you!
And remember, you can always flip back to an annual plan if that works better for you down the road.
