"NapoleonCat has lost access to your Facebook Page" - this is a message you may receive one day. Don't worry, this is perfectly fine.
This may occur when you or someone else with access, changes your Facebook/Instagram password. The other reason why your profiles might get disconnected is when Facebook decides that it's time for you as a page administrator to review the list of apps accessing your pages. This process is standard procedure ensuring the security of your data as well as the privacy of your fans as well as followers.
When you receive such a message via email or notice in NapoleonCat, you should:
go to "Project Settings", and
click the "Reconnect" button next to the profile that has been disconnected.
IMPORTANT: You can only connect pages to NapoleonCat you have admin access to. If you don't, just consult your account administrator.
When you’re adding new profiles to your NapoleonCat you may find that some of the ones already connected get unlinked.
In situations like this most likely it’s a question of granting access to your pages. While connecting profiles you will see a series of Facebook pop-up windows. At this stage you need to give NapoleonCat access to your Facebook in order for it to find profiles and enable the connection. More on this can be found here.
What’s important - every single time, you’ll be adding new profiles to your NapoleonCat account, even though you may have already linked some, you should make sure that you give access to all of your profiles. Furthermore, please remember that each time you add new profiles the information you provide in the pop-up window overwrites the previous actions.
