The available types of add-ons
We currently offer three handy add-ons to help you optimize your NapoleonCat subscription.
They're designed to increase the number of tickets the Auto-Moderation tool can auto-moderate for you, enhance the search capabilities in the Social Inbox, and expand your Social CRM profiles.

Increasing Auto-Moderation limits
Every Pro Plan includes a monthly limit of 1,000 auto-moderated tickets free of charge. But hey, we get it โ sometimes you've got a lot of interactions to handle and Auto-Moderation becomes your go-to helper.
To provide you with more flexibility, we offer two add-on options for increasing your Auto-Moderation limits:
An extra 100,000 auto-moderated tickets a month for just $67 per month
An additional 3,000 auto-moderated tickets a month at $35 per month
๐ก More auto-moderated tickets that streamline your community management = more saved time and energy for your team.
๐โโ๏ธ Auto-moderated tickets aren't just instances that Auto-Moderation has analyzed, but they're specific interactions where the Auto-Moderation has actively stepped in and taken action. This can mean it has replied to a comment, hidden a post, or a message.

Expanding Social CRM profiles
๐๏ธ Think of Social CRM profiles as personal info cards for your social contacts, available when viewing a comment, message, mention, or any other interaction in the Social Inbox.
They'll show you the juicy bits like past chats, custom notes, and emails. The Pro Plan hooks you up with 100 profiles, and with an add-on, you'll have an endless supply!

The Advanced Social Inbox Search
Now, the Inbox Search through content and users is already part of your Pro Plan.
But if you're looking for more advanced search options, like searching internal notes or content sent for consultation, you can expand your plan with an Advanced Search add-on for just an extra ๐ท๏ธ$35 per month.

๐จ Also, when it comes to Auto-Moderation โ we'll always send you an email when you're 70% through your current limit, so no need to stress!
How add-ons work
And now let's talk about how add-ons affect your billing, so you know exactly what to expect. No-one likes surprises!
๐ณ No need to stress if you're adding an add-on in the middle of your subscription!
You'll only be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining time in your current billing period. Your new plan's price will take effect when the next billing period rolls around.
โ๏ธ You can cancel an add-on at any point in the Billing Settings.
๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ Remember, if you choose to cancel an add-on partway through your subscription, the auto-moderation limits will revert to the default value (1,000 tickets) at the start of the next billing cycle. The same goes for Social CRM profiles (100 profiles).
Likewise, the advanced search functionality will go back to its standard version when the new billing period begins.
