Inbox Capacity
Inbox capacity refers to the total number of monthly messages, comments, reviews, and mentions pulled into the Social Inbox. If your profiles receive an above-average message volume, you can increase the limit by topping up your tier up to three times! Additionally, an automatic limit increase is available based on your needs.
AI Assistant Limits
In NapoleonCat, you can now use the AI Assistant. It operates in our Inbox, Publisher, and Auto-Moderation. Want to know more about how it works? Check out its capabilities in the Inbox, the Publisher, and Auto-Moderation.
Your plan already includes a default limit for using our AI Assistant, completely free of charge! Every month, you can generate up to 10 posts using the AI Assistant and automatically tag the sentiment or add Hate Speech/ Spam tags of up to 100 tickets!
What if you need more? You have an option to purchase an add-on with unlimited actions, both in the Inbox and Publisher.
Inbox Content Export
Another add-on is Inbox Content Export. This is an export of all content that has appeared in your Inbox. You can read more about it here.

How add-ons work
And now let's talk about how add-ons affect your billing, so you know exactly what to expect.
💳 No need to stress if you're adding an add-on in the middle of your subscription!
You'll only be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining time in your current billing period. Your new plan's price will take effect when the next billing period rolls around.
✖️ You can cancel an add-on at any point in the Billing Settings.
💁🏽♀️ Remember, if you choose to cancel an add-on partway through your subscription, the limits and features will revert to the default value at the start of the next billing cycle.
