Ever wondered how you could compare the influence of multiple brands on social media with one easy-to-use metric?

Say hello to Brand Performance in NapoleonCat!

Definition

πŸ‘£ Brand Performance is the sum of all fan, subscriber, and follower interactions on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube,

πŸ’¬ This includes likes, dislikes, shares, replies, retweets, posts, and comments added to your social media pages. Basically, any reaction to your content or brand on social media.

Benefits

With Brand Performance, you can measure and compare entire brands and see how much buzz they're creating across the board.

You'll also see follower and engagement totals for all your chosen social media channels. It's like having a social media scoreboard! πŸ“ˆ

Curious about how your brand stacks up against the competition? No problem.

You can add any brand to the Brand Performance module and get a score for it too.

All the scores are displayed in one table, making it super easy to compare any brands you'd like. πŸ†

Create groups for Brand Performance

  1. To get started, cruise on over to Analytics in NapoleonCat

  2. See the Brand Performance section in the left section of the Analytics

  3. Click "Add set button"

  4. The Group should include all the profiles (pages) that you'd like to add to a brand's Social Footprint. It's like assembling your brand's social media squad! πŸ€

  5. Create a name of your data set, click on the profiles that you'd like to include in the Group in the Select Profiles section (To unchoose a profile, simply click on it again)

  6. And click on "Create Group"

πŸ’‘ This will lead you to the Group Social Footprint breakdown.

This is where you can see more detailed stats for the performance of that Group on social media. Just scroll and check your performance!
