Now, you'd like to start answering customers who request a conversation with an actual human being. When this happens, you'll get a notification that looks like this:

You can respond to this message just like you would to any other message within the Inbox. Afterwards, you can archive it. Once you're done and the conversation is over, it needs to be handed over to the bot. Why? If this specific user contacts you in the future, the system needs to know that it should activate the bot instead of going directly to a moderator. In order to do that, click on the robot button:

And that's it, you're all done :)
