Once you are mostly done with creating your auto-moderated rule, it’s time to define your inbox action. Let’s assume there is a critical keyword that you wish your service members would immediately react to. In our case it’s going to be a keyword pric* ( which will trigger price/pricing, etc., look here: https://brain.napoleoncat.com/en/articles/912042-how-to-create-an-auto-moderation-rule). Type and flag it ( flagging is only visible inside the inbox, not on Facebook). Then, put the email address that you want the notification to be sent to.

The dedicated person, whose email address you typed, will automatically be notified of the matter and all urgent cases are handled at once:)
