First things first, head over to Publisher and create a post
Now you're in the post creator's cockpit - select the Google My Business location you want to post to:
Time to craft your message! You can enter text, sprinkle in some emojis, and add an image:
And for images, you can even adjust the ratio:
On the right-hand side, you'll see a preview—it's like having a mirror to see how your post will look once it's live. 🖼️
Now, you can choose between three types of posts: What’s new, Event, and Offer. Each comes with its own set of features, just like on Google My Business.

Types of posts
📣 With 'What’s new', you can inform your clients about a new product, for one thing. You can add a CTA button and a link. It's like your own digital billboard!
📨 With 'Event', you can inform your clients about any kinds of events, like workshops. You can set the time period or create an all-day-long event. You can also add a CTA button followed by a link. It's like sending out digital invitations!

Once your post is dressed to impress, you can either post it right away or schedule it for later.
If you want to schedule it, just click the date, choose the day on the calendar, and set the time.
If you're not ready, you can save it as a draft and come back to it later.
