Labels are tags that allow you to group users, comments, and content for further processing or analysis. In order to create your own labels, head over to your Workspace Settings and from there, choose Labels in the left-hand side menu.

There are three types of Labels to choose from:

User labels - allow you to group the users that interact with your social media pages. These can also be used to set up automoderation rules - check this article for more information.
Inbox labels - these allow you to tag all of the messages and comments that appear in your Inbox.
Content labels - these labels will help you tag the content that you publish in your own social media accounts.

In order to create a new Label, choose a color that you'd like to use from the drop-down menu on the left, enter the name of your Label, and click on "Add".
