Putting your Facebook Page on autopilot is easy and saves a lot of time. You can set up multiple automation rules that will do the work for you: hide negative comments to your Facebook ads or reply automatically to popular questions.
You can use different triggers such as:
type of message (e.g. dark post comment, page mention or private message);
Now you can also set up individual rules for one or a group of hand-picked posts. This is extremely useful in many scenarios. For example, when you want to activate your audience by making them use a specific word in a comment to a particular post and then automatically reply either in a comment or by sending them a private message.
Setting up such a rule is similar to the process of defining a general automatic moderation rule for your Facebook page. The only difference is that you should pick "comments to specific posts" as the rule trigger.
You will then see the list of all your Facebook Page posts published within the past 30 days. You can choose one or more posts you want to moderate automatically.
Please remember that rules set up for individual posts override global automation rules. This means that global rules will not be applied to the posts, for which individual automations are defined. This is to avoid potential conflicts between them.
