Are you very popular on Facebook? NapoleonCat helps you manage those countless messages automatically and take full control of the various points of contact available to your customers. This gets done for you after you set up your automatic moderation rules (see this article). For instance, you can publish automatic replies to user comments, posts or private messages, based on specific triggers such as keywords or entire phrases. This feature can also be applied to your Facebook ads comments.

To keep your Facebook page community happy and engaged, we've enabled random replies. You can define up to 20 different replies in one rule - these will be randomly posted on Facebook in reaction to users' comments, posts or private messages that meet your criteria. The replies can also include user mentions to further boost engagement. This means your customers will receive additional notifications about you mentioning them in your reply.

To set up automatic random replies, go to Inbox and choose "Automoderation" in the upper right-hand corner.

Then, in your new automatic moderation rule definition, go to the "Publish reply:" section and choose either "publish as a comment" or "publish in a private message" (for Facebook comments only).

When you enter the first automatic reply, you will see the "+Add another reply to randomize" option below. You can add up to 20 different replies, from which NapoleonCat will randomly choose one to be published each time the rule is triggered.

If you want the comment author to be tagged in the reply and notified, use the [@author] variable in the reply content. NapoleonCat will automatically replace it with the name of the person you're replying to.
